After a year of requesting assistance, stating my complaints on numerous occasions in the home office of my community, to the Ombudsman, etc., I finally delivered the letter approving the aid, but here we do not complete problems. There are many obstacles that I have first to pass the aid as they have made several mistakes in the management of my file (I changed my roommate and that seems to be a complicated situation ... for the computer system and for officials), then to recover the aid once the application is approved. It is very sad that we have to collect aid to be quarreling with the Administration for over a year when any aid should be designed to make life easier for young people, that we have with our jobs very precarious and our difficulty in accessing adequate housing.
